I create and design interactive experiences: sometimes starting from my own stories, sometimes shaping how someone else's story is told through interaction.

Either way, the question I care about most is the same: what's the right interaction for this feeling?

Noam Karutchi is an XR Creator and Interactive Experience Designer with a focus on storytelling through interactivity. Her MFA project, 'Pieces', an interactive VR documentary, won the 2025 BAFTA Student Award in the Immersive category for its evocative storytelling and seamless blend of interaction and emotion.

She holds a BA in Film & Television and an MFA in Digital Media (both with highest honors) from Tel Aviv University, where she also served as a teaching assistant for VR design and web development courses. Her technical expertise includes Unity development, 360° video production, and interaction design for XR.

Noam’s professional background is in video post-production. After formal training at Met Film School in London, she worked as a colorist and video editor for national broadcasters and independent studios. This experience developed her technical skills and a sharp creative eye for visual narrative, which she now applies to creating emotionally resonant spatial environments.

Noam is currently expanding her work in XR and game design. She's open to opportunities in Narrative Design, Game Design (systems/mechanics), and Interactive Experience Design.
