Pet Cemetery

"Pet Cemetery" is a horror game built in Unity, inspired by the cult horror film "Pet Sematary".
The player explores a dark, fog-filled cemetery with a single mission: to find Gage’s grave and expel the evil spirit. As they navigate through the environment, unexpected jump scares, disturbing imagery, and eerie sound design heighten the tension. The atmosphere is built to evoke fear and uncertainty.




The Work Process
Using Unity, I built a dark and immersive cemetery scene with a strong focus on lighting and fog density.
The environment was designed to guide the player through a linear path while maintaining a sense of openness.
The player’s task is to find Gage’s grave. Along the way, unexpected jump scares are triggered using image pop-ups and sudden audio cues, enhancing the emotional impact. These were timed and scripted to create rhythm and surprise.
I designed a main menu screen that visually aligns with the horror theme and included basic scene transitions and user prompts.
